All content, methodologies, frameworks, and systems provided by Novai Systems are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Clients receive a license to use deliverables as specified in individual engagement agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novai Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
